Customer Service Representatives

If you posses the following qualifications:
  • A College graduate of any 4-year course preferably in the sciences (not a must)
  • With or without Call Center experience (not a must).
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
  • Flexible and can work during the graveyard shift/shifting schedule.
  • Has a strong command of the English language.
  • Is customer-focused and service-oriented.
  • Able to combine work and play.

Recruitment Officers

The officer shall be in charge of filtering and evaluating potential applicants for employment with our Call Center clients. Interested applicants should have the following qualifications:

  • Female, 24-26 years old.
  • College graduate of a four year course preferably in the sciences or human resources. (not a must).
  • With call center experience of at least 6 months
  • Highly organized and can work extended hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Is customer-focused and service-oriented.
  • Consistent and highly motivated.

Recruitment/Training Assistants

The individual shall be tasked to provide recruitment and training services for the recruitment and training officers and act as liaison officer for applicants or clients of the company. The position is open for qualified individuals who have the following credentials:

  • College graduate of any four year course.
  • Female 23-27 years old.
  • Has extensive experience in clerical work gained from any industry.
  • Call center experience is an advantage.
  • Advanced typing skill is an advantage but not a must.
